Subscription Terms

1. Agreement and parties

These Product Subscription Terms are an agreement between you and SeguraTech LLC for use of the TiempoTracker application, including a Free account and a paid TiempoTracker Pro subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or subscribe. If you use TiempoTracker for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.

By creating an account, accessing the application, or purchasing TiempoTracker Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or subscribe.

2. The TiempoTracker service

TiempoTracker is professional time-tracking software. You can record work against Profiles, clients, projects, optional tasks, and time entries, and use that history for reports, exports, and invoices you create for your own clients.

Features, plan limits, and availability may change. Current plan facts are shown in the product and on the pricing page.

3. Accounts, security, and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, including use by a person you authorize.

TiempoTracker is a professional work-tracking service. It is not directed to children. Do not create an account for a person under 18 or use the service to collect personal information from a child.

You may use TiempoTracker only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access;
• use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or ignores published access controls;
• introduce malicious code or use the service to violate another person’s rights;
• misrepresent an affiliation with TiempoTracker or SeguraTech LLC; or
• enter another person’s information unless you are authorized to do so.

4. TiempoTracker Pro

TiempoTracker Pro is a recurring software subscription. The Free plan remains available with the limits shown in the product. Pro increases those limits, including additional Profiles and clients, as shown before you subscribe.

TiempoTracker Pro availability varies by country. Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars.

5. Price, taxes, and automatic renewal

The applicable price, billing interval, currency, and any tax collected are shown before you pay.

Listed prices are in U.S. dollars. Checkout charges in U.S. dollars. Your card issuer or payment network may convert the charge into another currency and may add a conversion fee.

If Checkout shows tax, that amount is added and shown before you pay. If it does not, the listed U.S. dollar price is the amount charged for Pro.

Pro renews automatically at the then-current listed price for your selected interval until you cancel. Each renewal charges the payment method on file for the next paid period.

Paid TiempoTracker Pro charges appear on your card or bank statement as TIEMPOTRACKER.COM, unless a different approved descriptor is shown to you before you pay.

6. Cancellation and returning to Free

Cancel a paid subscription from Manage Subscription. After you schedule cancellation, Pro remains active through the paid period. When the paid period ends, the account returns to the Free plan and its current limits.

7. Failed payment

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry collection. Paid access may end if payment is not recovered.

Billing questions during a failed-payment period can be sent through the TiempoTracker Contact Support page.

8. Refunds and billing questions

For a question about a charge or a refund, use the TiempoTracker Contact Support page. SeguraTech LLC reviews billing-error and refund requests from the information you provide, Stripe records, and the subscription history in your account.

Paid TiempoTracker Pro periods are not refunded for unused time after you subscribe or after a renewal. SeguraTech LLC will refund a documented duplicate charge or a Stripe billing error after review. Other refund requests may be granted only as a courtesy, not as a right. If a mandatory law requires a different result, that law controls.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

9. Customer content

You retain your rights in the content you enter, including Profile, client, employer, project, task, time-entry, report, invoice, logo, and file information.

You grant SeguraTech LLC a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate TiempoTracker, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have the authority to enter information about clients, employers, contacts, and other people, and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.

10. Intellectual property

The TiempoTracker application, brand, design, text, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SeguraTech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, SeguraTech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TiempoTracker for your own professional or personal work tracking. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, impersonate, or create a confusingly similar service or brand.

11. Availability, changes, and disclaimers

TiempoTracker is provided on an “as available” basis. SeguraTech LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plan limits, or the service, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeguraTech LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of TiempoTracker, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeguraTech LLC’s total liability arising out of these Terms or TiempoTracker is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to SeguraTech LLC for TiempoTracker Pro in the 12 months before the claim or (b) 50 U.S. dollars. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not deprive you of non-waivable rights under the law of the place where you live.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would choose another jurisdiction’s laws. This choice of law does not deprive you of non-waivable consumer protections that apply in the place where you live.

Subject to those non-waivable rights, exclusive venue for a dispute arising out of these Terms or TiempoTracker is a state court in Florida or the United States federal district court in Florida that has jurisdiction. You and SeguraTech LLC consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes and contact

SeguraTech LLC may update these Terms. The date at the top identifies the current published version. The current version is always published at this URL. If a change is material, including a change in the price that will apply to an existing paid subscription, SeguraTech LLC will give notice to the email address on your account before the change applies to you and will tell you how to cancel. A material change does not apply to a paid subscription until the stated effective date. You may cancel before that date. Continued use of a Free account after a non-material update is published means the updated Terms apply from that point, subject to applicable law.
