Product Privacy Notice

1. Who operates TiempoTracker

SeguraTech LLC operates TiempoTracker and is responsible for the product privacy practices described here.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the TiempoTracker Contact Support page.

2. Scope

This notice applies to the TiempoTracker application, product accounts, and related support and subscription administration.

Stripe processes payment and subscription information as an independent provider under Stripe’s own notices.

If a law that applies to you requires a specific privacy right, send a verified request through the Contact Support page, and SeguraTech LLC will handle it as that law requires.

3. Information we process

The categories of product data processed depend on how you use TiempoTracker and may include:

• Account and profile information, such as name, email address, language, timezone, theme, and account identifiers.
• Work records you enter: Profiles, clients, employers, contacts, projects, tasks, time entries, tags, reports, and related notes.
• Invoices you create for your own clients, including invoice content, branding you upload such as logos, and files associated with those records.
• Support messages and the contact details you choose to send.
• Plan and subscription information. TiempoTracker does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Security and request information, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, and diagnostic or audit records needed to operate and protect the service.

4. Payments and Stripe

Paid TiempoTracker Pro uses Stripe-hosted Checkout and Customer Portal for payment collection and self-service subscription management. Stripe processes payment and billing information. TiempoTracker does not receive or store full card numbers.

5. Information about other people

You may enter information about clients, employers, contacts, and other people in the course of tracking and invoicing work. That information is customer content you control.

By entering another person’s information, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that SeguraTech LLC may process it to provide the service you requested. Do not enter information you are not allowed to store in TiempoTracker.

6. How we use information

Product information is used to provide the account, authenticate you, deliver time tracking, reports, exports, and user-created invoices, apply Free and Pro plan limits, administer subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required by a law that applies to the processing, processing is based on performing the contract for the service, operating and securing the service (including preventing abuse), complying with law, and consent only when you choose optional extra communications.

7. Service providers

SeguraTech LLC uses service providers to operate TiempoTracker. These providers may use their own subprocessors. SeguraTech LLC does not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect the service, or investigate abuse.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The product application uses cookies and similar storage needed to sign you in, keep the session, and remember language and preference settings.

Stripe-hosted Checkout and Customer Portal may set cookies on Stripe’s domains as described in Stripe’s notices.

9. Retention and security

Account and work records are retained while the account remains open. After the account is closed, or after a deletion request is verified, SeguraTech LLC deletes or de-identifies those records when they are no longer needed for the purposes described in this notice, including security, dispute resolution, billing records, or legal obligations.

Subscription, event, and support records may be kept as needed to administer billing, investigate issues, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Stripe retains payment records under Stripe’s own notices.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. International processing, choices, and requests

Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

You can access and correct much of your account and work information in the application. You can export work records using the product’s report and export features. Access, correction, export, closure, and deletion requests can also be submitted through the Contact Support page. A request may require enough information to identify the account and verify that it concerns you.

Closing an account does not automatically erase billing or security records that SeguraTech LLC or Stripe must retain.

11. Children’s privacy

TiempoTracker is a professional work-tracking service and is not directed to children, including children under 13. Do not create an account for a person under 18 or submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, use the Contact Support page so the information can be reviewed and deleted.

This notice may change. The date at the top identifies the current published version.
